Q.How much is shipping?

A: $8 Australia wide.

Q: Do you have Afterpay?

A: Absolutely!

Q:How does Aroma Skin ship?

A: Your Order will ship once your payment clears, which generally takes 1-2 days. Please keep in mind the weekend. If your order does not go in until Friday and you have paid with Afterpay, it may not clear until Tuesday, your products would then be shipped. I do pride myself on a fast turnaround so the minute your payment clears, your order will be out the door!

A: All From Earth products will ship via Australia Post, please allow 7 – 14 business days, sometimes Australia Post is slow!

A: All Eve Taylor products will ship by overnight courier. Please bear in mind I still need to wait for your payment to clear first.

  • Shipping of all EVE TAYLOR products will be by our courier service each of which will require a signature upon receipt. YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL STREET OR BUSINESS ADDRESS, TOLL WILL NOT DELIVER TO A P.O BOX.
  • If you are not able to sign for delivery we welcome you to provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery. Please know that re-delivery fees may be charged if no one is able to sign on delivery.
  • Alternatively you may nominate somewhere safe for the courier to leave your parcel. To do so please select the authority to leave box and list the details of the location for your driver. By selecting this method we can’t provide any guarantee for delivery.
  • Please note that courier delivery services are normally only available Monday to Friday inclusive, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
  • Please note that heavy orders may incur additional delivery charges.
  • During the lead up to, and after holiday periods parcel delivery may slow down or be delayed, so please bear this in mind if you are placing an order just before Christmas, or near to a public Holiday (please note: we are closed from Christmas and reopen New Year). Orders placed during this period will not be dispatched until after the first working day, following the finish of a holiday period.

Q: What happens if I change my mind?
A: Sorry, we don’t accept change of mind once the order has been shipped. If, however, you have contacted us via sales@aromaskin.com.au regarding your change of mind before the order is sent, we can discuss your request.
Refund Fee: An eligible change of mind after our discussion may still incur a fee (PayPal: 3.5%| AfterPay: 6.5%)

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

A: Firstly, we are so sorry this has happened! Please email us with images of the issue within two (2) days of receiving your order. There are many scenarios most likely out of our control. If the product is unusable upon delivery, we will offer to send replacements or a full refund will be issued.

Q: What products should I choose for my skin type?
A: As a qualified Beauty/Skin Therapist, I am more than happy to ensure you are choosing the right products, please feel free to contact me.

Q. Are all of your products cruelty free?
A: Yes. Absolutely! This has always been at the top of the priority list!

Q: Are your essential oils pure therapeutic grade?

A: There are no such thing as “therapeutic grade” oils. They are either pure, or they are not.
All of Eve Taylor’s essential oils and blends are pure. They are hand harvested and are extracted via first steam distillation where possible, apart from some essential oils such as citrus varieties which require different extraction methods such as cold pressing.
